Allan R. Lipman is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Syracuse University and a graduate of the Harvard Law School where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.  He served as research counsel to the New York State Commission on the Revision of the Law of Estates and authored several of the practice commentaries in McKinney's annotated New York Surrogate's Court Procedure Act. He has written articles and lectured extensively on estate planning. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of both the New York and Florida Bar.

Deborah J. Muhlbauer concentrates her practice exclusively in the areas of federal and state tax practice and procedure and estate planning.   She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association's Tax Committee and a member of the Tax Section of the New York State Bar Association.  She frequently lectures and writes on a variety of topics related to federal and state tax laws and practice, including lectures at the UB Institute held annually in the City of Buffalo.  Ms. Muhlbauer is an adjunct professor of tax practice and procedure at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.  Ms. Muhlbauer was also President, State Director and a past Treasurer of the Western New York Chapter of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York She may be contacted at (716) 633-3200.



Steven A. Belson

Steven A. Belson is a partner in the law firm of Belson & Lewis in Boca Raton, Florida. Mr. Belson received his B.A. degree from Michigan State University, Juris Doctor degree from the Detroit College of Law, and Masters of Law degree in Taxation from the Boston University School of Law. His areas of practice include sophisticated estate and post-mortem planning, including but not limited to estate and trust planning and administration, probate and guardianship law. Mr. Belson is a frequent lecturer for the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Business Institute and other national and local organizations in the areas of probate, trust, guardianship,
